These Terms of Service govern your use of Trvrse, a multi-currency wallet and payments application operated by Nexogen Limited (“Trvrse,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Trvrse. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, PIN, and device secure.

Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or pose a security risk.

Trvrse lets you hold balances, convert currencies, send money, fund wallets, and use related financial features subject to your verification tier and applicable limits.

Transfers are processed through regulated partners. Processing times, fees, and exchange rates are shown before you confirm each transaction.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, partner outages, or compliance reviews may delay or restrict access to some features.

Transaction and balance limits depend on your KYC tier and local regulations. You may be asked to complete identity verification before higher limits or certain features are enabled.

We may request additional documents or information to comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations.

You may not use Trvrse for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or to harm other users or the platform.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with our systems. We may freeze funds and report suspicious activity to authorities where required.

Trvrse is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
